Shipping Policy
If you require upgraded shipping, please email support@iejayhb.top as soon as possible with your address, desired items, and desired date/time. We can provide you with a quote for next-day or second-day delivery!
Handling Time:
We typically hold off on shipping orders for draft picks for a few weeks until we have a more complete player label rotation (we rotate labels several times throughout the season). Once we enter peak shipping season, your order will typically ship within 48 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays).
Standard Shipping Methods:
We ship corrugated cardboard draft board orders via UPS Ground. We ship poster draft board and label-only orders via USPS First Class, USPS Priority, and UPS Ground.

Expedited Shipping Methods:
We can ship same-day or upgrade shipping methods for an additional fee. If you require faster, expedited, or upgraded shipping, please email Support@iejayhb.top or call +1 562-695-1155 ext. 3.
Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.:
Shipping to locations outside the continental U.S. (including Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) requires different shipping methods and can sometimes take up to two weeks to arrive. Please email Support@iejayhb.top or call +1 562-695-1155 ext. 2 to arrange shipping to these locations.
Shipping Disclaimer:
Please note that the days listed above may sometimes be extended by a day, especially on the West Coast. UPS is a good service, but only 99% of shipments arrive on time. Do not place orders too close to the deadline to avoid the risk of missed deliveries. To be safe, we recommend allowing at least (2) business days of buffer time. Iejayhb is not responsible if you miss your draft date without allowing at least (2) business days' buffer time.
