The Early Years:

iejayhb was founded by Mr. and Mrs. Iejayhb in Erie, Pennsylvania. Jeff was the sports fanatic of the two, while Pam handled the company's artistic side.

Jeff dedicated his entire career to the corrugated packaging industry until his final retirement in early 2007. From 2009 to 2019, he dedicated all his working time to iejayhb. His hobbies include sports, boating, and fantasy sports. He has been playing fantasy football and baseball since 19903. In 2004, iejayhb was founded, where his knowledge of corrugated packaging and sports converged.

Pam is the Creative Director of iejayhb. In 2004, Jeff asked her to create a draft grid for his fantasy baseball draft, leading to the creation of the first "FJ" draft board. The unique design of this first-ever draft board piqued Jeff and Pam's interest in marketing it. After repeated attempts, they began selling the board in July 2004. Pam quit her part-time job in 2004 and devoted her full time to Iejayhb from 2004 to 2018.

Jeff Peters and Brian Benander

In February 2018, Jeff and Pam sold the company to Brian Benander of Cleveland, Ohio. Brian, a friend of Jeff and Pam's, had played in Jeff's Erie Couch Potato Fantasy Baseball League since 2003. Brian was captivated by the impressive draft board used in the Erie baseball draft, unaware it was the work of league commissioner Jeff Peters. When Jeff and Pam planned to retire in 2018, Brian excitedly joined FJ Fantasy. Brian is also a sports enthusiast, having played fantasy sports for most of his life.

To maintain the family identity of the Iejayhb business, Brian's brother, John, has joined as Marketing Director. A tech-savvy sports fan, John boasts about his own "bot" that helps him make fantasy draft picks. Besides John, Brian's wife, Andrea, assists with administrative duties, while Brian's sister, Megan, handles phone orders. Megan can gushed endlessly about her favorite Cleveland Indians star, Paul Sorrento. Other family members also contribute to the company, making it a true family-friendly venture.

As the business continues to grow, we're constantly experimenting with new concepts and ideas. We've been fortunate to be discovered by some of the most important figures in the national fantasy sports world, forging mutually beneficial alliances that we hope to continue.
